Court documents will be served in accordance to Indiana laws, unless otherwise requested, first service attempt within 24 to 72 hours and is tried at different times of the day/afternoon/evening. We make 3 attempts for the price quoted. Affidavit of service is included, if it needs to be notarized there is an additional $5 fee. Subpoenas/court services are $85 each, including
three attempts at personal service or $75 for non-personal drop service
at listed location; location of subject, other than listed on court
order is additional. There is a gas surcharge for services over 35 miles from office of $10.

Investigative Services
Generally
investigations will be at $55 per hour plus expenses. If there is a
need for a second or more investigators, the additional investigator(s)
will be $45 per hour, plus expenses. Expenses include, but are not
limited to, mileage at .57 per mile, door to door, equipment rentals, or
other expenses incurred. Simple background checks/skip traces are at
$125 each with discounts for multiple usage, preferred customers and
NAPPS members.
There is a minimum two hour charge on all
investigations and surveillance, per investigator, at the applicable
rate. Discounts on long term surveillance, multiple investigations,
multi-skip tracing, background checks and witness location may be
available; don't forget to ask. All day surveillance will begin $375 up
to 10 hour work day, on first investigator and $350 for each additional
investigator. If investigation continues, discount pricing may apply.
Weekends and holiday's are at premium pricing.
